Customer relationship management - Focus on customers - Economy of reach and range 2. Product innovation management - Focus on employess - Economy of speed 3. Infrastructure management - Focus on tangible assets - Economy of scale 즉, 무조건 3가질 다 잘하려고 하는 것 보단 economics, skill set, culture 등을 감안한 적절한 unbundling이 필요하다는 얘기다.
